If you are looking for customer metalwork or ironwork for your home, then we can work with you to create something unique to you and your space. If you have something in mind, or if you just want us to create, we can work with you to create something that will reflect your individuality. Your piece is guaranteed to be unique and one-of-a-kind, as it will be hand-forged in our studio. If you need some ideas, look at our Gallery of work.

The Design Process:

1: Dream up the Idea

Can you imagine a hand-forged ironwork piece in your home or business? Use your imagination to visualize what you want it to look like. If you can think of it....I can make it!

2: Sketch It

Draw a simple sketch of what you are visualizing. Your drawing skill does not need to be great. I just need to understand what you are seeing in your mind, so that I may turn that idea into steel!

3: Decide on Size

Get out a tape measure and decide how big it should be. The measurements I'll need are width, height and depth.

4: Fill out the Custom Request Form

The form on the right contains all of the information I need to get started. Please leave your contact information so that I can get back to you and discuss the project. The more information you provide, the better I'll be able to help you! You may also add pictures of your space or area for your work to be used or displayed.

5: Receive a Time & Cost Estimate

I will let you know how long it will take to complete your project and what it will cost.

Your hand forged creation comes with a lifetime guarantee. If anything should happen to your piece we can fix it for you. Even if your piece is in a fire, you can sift through the ashes and bring us the piece for a repair. Each of the smiths at Lockhart Ironworks are committed to produce the best metal creations we can. Our goals are to exceed your expectations every time.
The touch mark is the last things stamped into each piece.
This touch mark is your assurance that we have done our best work on your piece and declared it finished.
